FSL Ambassador

The Fraternity & Sorority Ambassador Program is to provide members of the Kent State University Fraternity & Sorority community the opportunity to learn and promote the benefits of being in a fraternity/sorority to incoming students and their families, inform them on ways to get involved in FSL, and to represent Fraternity & Sorority Life at university events.

  • Ambassadors must be enrolled as degree-seeking KSU students in good standing with the University as defined in the Student Code of Conduct and in academic good standing. Additionally, FSL Ambassadors must be active, initiated members in good standing with their respective organization.

  • Ambassadors must complete a pre-assessment, training program, and post-assessment before participating in orientation or other activities. They must also complete a Post-Experience Assessment in December or after their time on the FSL Ambassador team.

  • Destination Kent State: Ambassadors will be asked to be present for a minimum of 2 ‘shifts’ at DKS throughout the summer. A ‘shift’ is a 2-hour time block on Day 2 of the DKS programming session.
